An sense and respond network is effective when it helps you to out-smart poachers. We identified 6 gaps that have to be bridged in order to be successful. Through a series of knowledge discovery sessions we help you to explore these gaps. As most knowledge is very specific and localised, we preferably work with the communities that live and work in the area: rangers, scientists, tour operators, lodge staff, police officers, customs, people living in the same villages, ex poachers, etc.
After these sessions, it’s time to deploy the sensor network.
